PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

FRIDAY NIGHT MUSICAL CONCERT (9PM) Hosted by PETER FACINELLI Rock out to a festive Friday Night Musical concert starring a very popular band... Goodnight Juliet is a rock quartet whose songs are packed with power, raw emotion, and heart. Their single "Let's Never Die", inspired by The Twilight Saga, has gained them world wide exposure within the last year. Off of a recent hiatus, and what their fans called a possible breakup due to lead singer Niki getting offered a recording deal, Goodnight Juliet has decided to join the line-up in San Fransisco in what may, or may not be, the group's last show together. Either way, they are very excited to play for Twilight fans again. In SAN FRANCISCO fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful time with the entire Wolf Pack: ALEX MERAZ, CHASKE SPENCER, KIOWA GORDON and BRONSON PELLETIER! A continental breakfast will be served most likely with muffins because you know the Wolf Pack loves 'em! Guests will be escorted around to each table and you will personally meet all! The breakfast will have limited attendance to allow a casual and fun atmosphere for all and also give the chance to our guests to get to meet our attendees in a more informal atmosphere. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

"TWILIGHT LEXICON" AT THE CONVENTION! The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention! At this time the founders of the site are working out who will represent them at this particular convention and once that is set we'll let you know (and also list what their panel topics will be each day) , At least one of the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Here's info on the site founders: Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. San Francisco Panels: (Lori & Laura attending) Friday 2/12: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town. Saturday 2/13: Tales From the Red Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on in between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere find out as the twilght lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm. Sunday 2/14: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.

It is very important to us that everyone who wants to attend The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour can do so. That's why we are offering different levels of ticketing so that there is something for everyone. General admission ticketing allows you to see all the guests and events that take place in the main theatre and of course includes entrance into the vendors area. It is a wonderful full day of entertainment for little more than a movie, popcorn and a drink would cost! For those that want a fuller experience including autographs and parties the more expensive ticketing packages are below as well. Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. The Hyatt is offering $12.00 for day parking for those visiting our event.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear.

2) No need to run to photo ops, we’ll get them all done and the line goes very quickly. Please note that Photo Ops are done on a first come, first taken basis.

3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions.

4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!

5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for. If you are found sitting in a reserved seat you did not pay for you will be asked to leave 6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or audiotaping PLEASE!

2:00 pm: Twilight Lexicon Panel: The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as “the brightest star in the Twilight online universe,” is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment’s Official Twilight Convention! Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Both Laura and Lori are here with us in San Francisco and the Friday panel topic is: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town

6:10 pm: THE HILLYWOOD SHOW: the making of their films! Here is a panel that gives our attendees an inside view of what it took for The Hillywoods to produce their amazing Twilight parody films. We’ll also be screening their famous TWILIGHT PARODY film for you!

TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. Whatever your age, come join us for a fun and heartfelt panel with some of the great ladies involved with the website.

Since then, the site has grown, and the staff has had amazing experiences at various events including the premieres of both films, and a visit to the set of The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Awards also for best dressed and best dancer! Always SUPER-AWESOME this is a night remember! We have a FEW additional tickets available at registration for $99.
Party will end at midnight due to city ordinances.

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 14

9:30 am: BREAKFAST with THE WOLF PACK: Alex Meraz, Chaske Spencer, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier and special surprise guest GIL BIRMINGHAM! Charity Silent Auction. Not included in any packages, tickets can still be purchased at registration on Friday and Saturday (up to early afternoon) for $99 (including continental breakfast). Limited Attendance (we estimate about 50 patrons), stars will personally meet all fans in attendance. Note that photos can be taken only when the guests first arrive and then please put cameras down so the celebrities can meet everyone and spend time at each table.

11:25 pm: TWILIGHT LEXICON PANEL: Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences. Our final on-stage event featuring LAURA and LORI, but stay in touch with the Lexicon by visiting twilightlexicon.com each day like we do!

11:55 am: KIOWA GORDON & BRONSON PELLETIER: Embry Call and Jared of The Wolf Pack join forces to offer a hilarious hour of fun and gossip!

1:00 pm: Trivia Competition: Stump The Experts! $1800 worth of Twilight Gift Certificates are up for grabs as teams of audience members take the stage to try to answer tough trivia questions. Be in the audience to win your share!

3:25 pm: We are happy to offer a professional photo op with our convention hosts THE HILLYWOOD SHOW cast. Up to two fans with the entire cast in costume and make-up and you’ll receive a beautiful 8 by 10 color photograph! Tickets available at registration for $30 each.
